This research aimed to study the efficiency of web-based instruction through Google Classroom on creating presentations with Microsoft Office PowerPoint, and examine the effectiveness index of web-based instruction through Google Classroom on creating reports with Microsoft Office PowerPoint. The study was conducted with 28 students in the Education Program, majoring in Mathematics, at the National University of Laos. A quasi-experimental design was employed. Research instruments included web-based instructional materials delivered via Google Classroom, covering six topics on how to create reports with Microsoft Office PowerPoint, and a quality evaluation questionnaire for assessing the web-based instruction. Data analysis involved the use of totals, means, standard deviations, and percentages. Results showed that the efficiency of web-based instruction through Google Classroom on how to create reports with Microsoft Office PowerPoint was 89.74/85.78. The effectiveness index of the web-based instruction was 0.80, which meets the standard criterion.
