The results of the research found that (1) the teaching-learning management has a high level of need, the average value (X=4.25, S.D = 0.56) with the first priority with a value of (PNI modified= o.82). (2) teaching-learning media at high level with an average value of (X=4.36; S.D=0.61) with the second priority with a value of (PNI modified=0.81). (3) measurement and evaluation at high level with an average value of (X=4.24; S.D=0.68) and in the third importance with the value of (PNI modified = 0.74). (4) It is curriculum understanding and application with a high level of need for average of (X=4.15; S.D=0.61) and in the four priority with a value of (PNI modified=0.68). It is essential to implement a training program aimed at equipping teachers with the skills necessary to enhance their mathematics instruction at the secondary level in Lao PDR.
