Abstract

The purposes of this study are: (1) to examine the management and implementation of graduate-level educational programs at Souphanouvong University and (2) to compare the implementation of these programs based on gender and faculty. This study employed a descriptive survey method, with quantitative data collection as the primary approach. The sample group consisted of 99 participants, including 29 administrators (the target group) and 70 teachers. Data were collected using a five-level Likert scale questionnaire for evaluation. The statistical tools used for data analysis included frequency, mean, standard deviation, and an independent samples t-test. The research findings indicate that the management and implementation of graduate-level educational programs at Souphanouvong University were at a good level across all components, including curriculum development and implementation (M = 4.13, SD = 0.58), teaching management (M = 4.02, SD = 0.63), educational communication (M = 3.97, SD = 0.70), evaluation and assessment of outcomes (M = 3.89, SD = 0.75), research education (M = 3.84, SD = 0.69), and library services (M = 3.74, SD = 0.78). Additionally, the study found significant differences in the management and implementation of educational programs based on gender and faculty, with a significance level of 0.05.
