This research aims to: (1) evaluate the development of Lai Ka Chang Ta Oi modeling skills among undergraduate students at the Arts Education College after using a Set of Skill-Enhancement Training Manuals, and (2) study the opinions of undergraduate students at the Arts Education College regarding the Set of Skill-Enhancement Training Manuals and the teaching methods used to enhance Lai Ka Chang Ta Oi modeling skills. The study was conducted with 25 third-year students and three experts in sculpture. The research instruments included questionnaires and interviews. The statistical methods used for data analysis were percentages, means, and standard deviations. The results showed that before using the Set of Skill-Enhancement Training Manuals, 4 students received a grade of A (16%), 5 students received a grade of B+ (20%), 11 students received a grade of B (44%), 3 students received a grade of C+ (12%), and 2 students received a grade of C (8%). After using the Set of Skill-Enhancement Training Manuals, 11 students received a grade of A (an increase of 8 students, 32%), 6 students received a grade of B+ (an increase of 1 student, 4%), the number of students receiving a grade of B decreased by 6 (24%), the number of students receiving a grade of C+ decreased by 1 (4%), and the number of students receiving a grade of C decreased by 2 (8%). The pre-evaluation of students’ Lai Ka Chang Ta Oi modeling skills across five aspects resulted in an overall score of 77.32%, with accuracy at 71.43%, pattern structure at 79.84%, principles of composition at 82%, and technique at 79.51%. The post-evaluation showed an improvement, with the overall score increasing to 87.40% (a change of 10.08%). Specifically, accuracy increased to 83.77% (a change of 12.34%), pattern structure increased to 88.32% (a change of 8.48%), principles of composition increased to 89.09% (a change of 11.56%), and technique increased to 91.11% (a change of 11.56%). The students’ opinions on the Set of Skill-Enhancement Training Manuals and the teaching methods for enhancing Lai Ka Chang Ta Oi modeling skills, based on five aspects, indicated an overall high level of suitability (Mean = 4.50, SD = 0.06).
