Students’ Attitudes towards the Teachers’ Teaching and Learning at Souphanouvong University

The purpose of this research is to study the satisfaction of the teaching and learning of teachers at Souphanouvong University by conducting data collection from undergraduate students in the second year to the fifth year of six faculties in Souphanouvong university (Faculty of Education, Faculty of Linguistics, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry, Faculty of Architecture, and Faculty of Economics and Tourism), Academic year 2024-2025, total of 1,506 students. The sample group of the research is 225 students. The research framework is divided into 6 aspects: curriculum content, teaching techniques, teaching and learning activities, teaching media, teaching and learning conditions, and evaluation, The statistics used in the research are using the SPSS program to find frequency values, percentages, average values, standard deviation values, and comparative statistics. The study found that the students’ attitude towards the teacher's teaching management is at a good level, from the students' opinions on 6 aspects: 1.) The content of the course is suitable for the class. 2.) The teaching technique is to use a variety of teaching methods; 3.) The organization of teaching-learning activities is to organize activities for students to participate in class discussions. 4.) The use of teaching materials is modern, which helps stimulate students' interest; 5.) The teaching-learning environment is wide and airy. 6.) Measurement and evaluation are evaluated before and after each lesson.
