The objectives of the study are: 1) To examine the progression and success in promoting lifelong learning that has been implemented in the past; 2) to analyze the application of soft skills for adults in real work environments; and 3) to provide recommendations for improving lifelong learning lesson content and teaching methods. This study collected data from 12 targeted schools, with a total of 113 participants (86 female). A questionnaire and an interview guideline were used to collect data. The data was analyzed using Microsoft Excel to determine the frequency (f), percentage (%), and mean (X̅). The study found that the knowledge and application aspects of lifelong learning content were at a high level, particularly knowledge related to formal, non-formal, and informal education, followed by the principles of adult education theory and soft skills for adults. Additionally, the study found that the application of the six concepts of soft skills for adults in real work environments was at a high level. The study suggested guidelines for revising lifelong learning content and teaching by integrating a blended learning approach that combines formal, non-formal, and informal education within a clear system (theory, practice, and self-learning). It also recommended introducing innovative teaching techniques, providing appropriate teaching materials and facilitation, and utilizing modern technology (such as applications) to enhance teaching activities.
